My husband and I wanted a bathroom added to our new home. Since our home had a post-tension slab, adding the plumbing after our home was built was difficult. We consulted several contractors to get bids, and Scott at Titan General Contracting was the only one who we felt could handle the job. He was confident that his team could do it and explained to us how they would use LiDAR scanners on the concrete to map out where to drill. No other contractors gave us assurances that they could do the job without causing damage. The bathroom turned out beautifully. The Subs that Titan uses did a great job, were professional and friendly. If we did have any minor issue or question along the way, Titan was easy to communicate with and made it right. Along the way, we decided to expand the job and asked Titan to do a change order to also refresh our other existing bathrooms. They upgraded the countertops in two bathrooms, added a cabinet to the powder room, and tiled another shower area. When they were done, our house, which was only two years old, looked completed upgraded. We would highly recommend Titan. They delivered what they promised and we're very happy with our bathrooms!

Expert Structural Drying in Scottsdale, AZ
When a fire hits a Sun City home, firefighting water soaks deep into wall cavities, subfloors, and wood framing fast. That hidden moisture does not dry on its own. Titan's structural drying service pulls that water out before it weakens framing, warps flooring, or creates conditions for mold growth. Our technicians use moisture meters and infrared imaging to find wet areas that look dry on the surface. We then set industrial air movers and dehumidifiers to draw moisture out of the structure at the material level. Sun City's older housing stock, with many homes built between the 1960s and 1970s, often has limited attic ventilation and wall assemblies that trap water longer than newer construction. That makes thorough structural drying especially important here. We monitor moisture readings at every visit and adjust equipment placement until all structural materials reach safe, stable levels. If your Sun City home has fire damage, call Titan to get a moisture assessment scheduled.

Structural Drying FAQ
Common questions about structural drying in Scottsdale, AZ.
Yes, structural drying is a core part of Titan's fire damage restoration service in Sun City. Firefighting water soaks into framing and subfloors and must be removed before repairs can begin.
Water used to extinguish the fire stays trapped inside walls, floors, and framing even after the fire is out. Left untreated, that moisture weakens structural materials and can lead to mold growth inside your Sun City home.
Titan uses moisture meters and infrared imaging to detect wet areas behind walls and under floors. These tools locate hidden moisture without tearing out materials that may not need removal.
Yes, many Sun City homes built in the 1960s and 1970s have wall assemblies and limited attic ventilation that trap moisture longer. Titan accounts for these older construction patterns when setting up drying equipment.
Most homeowner insurance policies cover structural drying as part of fire damage restoration. Titan documents moisture readings and equipment placement to support your Sun City insurance claim.
Skipping structural drying allows moisture to stay trapped inside framing, subfloors, and wall cavities. That leads to wood rot, structural weakening, and mold growth that costs far more to fix later.
