He was confident that his team could do it and explained to us how they would use LiDAR scanners on the concrete to map out where to drill. No other contractors gave us assurances that they could do the job without causing damage. The bathroom turned out beautifully. The Subs that Titan uses did a great job, were professional and friendly. If we did have any minor issue or question along the way, Titan was easy to communicate with and made it right. Along the way, we decided to expand the job and asked Titan to do a change order to also refresh our other existing bathrooms. They upgraded the countertops in two bathrooms, added a cabinet to the powder room, and tiled another shower area. When they were done, our house, which was only two years old, looked completed upgraded. We would highly recommend Titan. They delivered what they promised and we're very happy with our bathrooms!
